hi, I'm Dawn. I'm 23 (24 on 6.21.25) and sporadically use this site. my main "place" is tumblr, but I like dreamwidth for more serious posting. or, that's my new goal as of 6.15.25. I would prefer if only 18+ people follow me, since I might post about heavy stuff and I feel weird if minors see that.

Frank gets home in an hour, so I'm trying to decide what I want for dinner. maybe pasta? grilled cheese w tomato soup? I want to order pizza but there's no way I'm making a delivery person drive in this weather. the couches need sheets and pillows so we can sleep on them tonight... I have to sleep in the living room because my father is out of town, and our brother needs light supervision while he sleeps to make sure he doesn't get injured if he has a seizure. and my room is on the 2nd floor. so it's couch night ... and my throat hurts. ohhhhh god

Jul. 20th, 2023 09:22 pmnot using tumblr for a short period of time is making me realize idk what to do when I just want to mindlessly scroll something. which is good I think, since that gives me less mindless scrolling and more impulse to actually do something, but the feeling is a little uncomfortable
it's really storming right now. it doesn't bother me but I do worry about possibly having left something outside. I didn't, but I worry about it. the electricity keeps going in and out. typing this quickly in case internet drops again x[ .. played some of Our Dirge and I like its sound design. can't say much else because I didn't get very far in ... Frank's at work for [thinking] [...] 3 more hours. unsure what to do between now and then. I went through most of my clothes and took out some stuff to donate. calmed me down some.
I want to make a community on here, maybe a Resident Evil one? but idk it feels awkward. I will get over that though. but it does feel awkward

I could code my neocities, which is in disrepair, or I could draw Fence and watch Star Trek (tng). guhhhhhh
